Creating a universal approach to fund pot terminology
Working with the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, this digital transformation work would refine how recipients reported on funding spend.
This was an alpha stage public sector project which included passing GDS Assessment.
Our key deliverables and areas of support included:
- Working on alignment of content across all fund types. This includes addressing consistency, readability, accessibility and how design works with content to empower users.
- Running development sessions with fund teams to promote and educate content alignment
- Applying a content lens to prototyping hypothesis for fund reporting
- Comparison work to spot areas of commonality across funding types which could feed into standardising guidance in overall reporting
- Working with the cross-cutting team to create a universal taxonomy of fund terminology and definitions for policy team review
- Support in scoping user research and testing
- Structural work to define narrative for the Alpha Assessment presentation
